Introduction to bearing code coding rules
First, type coding;
1. The general ball bearing code is: 6
2, automotive air conditioning electromagnetic clutch bearing code is: BD class
3, the wheel bearing code is: DAC class
4, the outer spherical bearing code is; U class
Second, the basic code encoding method:
The general basic code is used to indicate the inner diameter, diameter series, width series and type of the bearing model, up to five digits, as follows:
1. The inner diameter of the bearing is indicated by the first code and the H digit of the basic code from the right.
For a common inner diameter d = 20 ~ 480mm bearing inner diameter is generally a multiple of 5, these two digits represent the quotient of the bearing inner diameter size divided by 5, such as 04 for d = 20mm; 12 for d = 60mm and so on. For bearings with inner diameters of 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, and 17 mm, the inner diameter codes are 00, 01, 02, and 03 in order. For bearings with an inner diameter of less than 10 mm and greater than 500 mm, the inner diameter representation method is otherwise specified, see GB/T272-93.
2. The diameter series of the bearing is represented by the third digit from the right of the basic code.
For example, for a radial bearing and a radial thrust bearing, 0, 1 denotes an extra-light series; 2 denotes a light series; 3 denotes a middle series; 4 denotes a heavy series. The thrust bearing is identical to the indication of the radial bearing except that the 1 indicates the extra-light series.
3. The width series of the bearing is represented by the fourth digit from the right of the basic code.
When the comparison of the width and diameter series is 0 series, the width series code O may not be marked in the code for most bearings, but for spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, the width series code 0 shall be marked. The diameter series code and width series code are collectively referred to as the size series code.
4, bearing type code with the basic code from the right to the fifth digit (for cylindrical roller bearings and needle bearings and other types of letters).
Example:
(1) The general ball bearing basic code consists of type code + size series code + inner diameter code.
Example: 6204 6----type code 2-----size series code 04------ inner diameter code
(2) The basic code of the automobile air conditioner electromagnetic clutch bearing is composed of the inner diameter size code + type code + outer diameter size code + width size code
Example: 35BD5020 35----Inner diameter size code, BD------- type code, 50------- outer diameter size code, 20----width size code
(3) The basic code of the hub bearing consists of type code + inner diameter size code + outer diameter size code + width size code.
Example: DAC40740042 DAC -----type code 40-----inner diameter size code 74-----outer diameter size code 42-----width size code
(4) The basic code of the outer spherical bearing is composed of type code + size series code + inner diameter code.
Example: U205 U----Type Code 2-----Size Series Code 04------Inner Code
