The following phenomenon occurs when the roller bearing heats up
There are two cases in which the temperature rise of the roller bearing is relatively obvious:
1, there is an alarm ringing
2. Issue a fault signal that the INA bearing temperature rises.
3, the machine side water wheel mechanical failure light plate is bright, indicating the temperature of the roller bearing temperature of the instrument rises, the signal relay action.
4. Thermometer disk (inflated thermometer) The black needle and the yellow needle overlap or exceed the yellow needle.
When the roller bearing temperature rises, first judge whether there is a malfunction. If it does rise, it should be done as follows:
1. First check the water pressure of the cooling water, whether the water flow and the pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be clogged and cannot be disposed of in time. It can be shut down and put into use when it is confirmed that it can work.
2. The oil pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
3. Check that the roller bearing has no abnormal sound, and check that the roller bearing swing has no abnormality.
4, take the oil sample to observe whether the oil color changes, and carry out tests to see if it deteriorates. When the deterioration is confirmed, stop replacing the new oil.
5. Check the oil level of the oil level. If it is not correct, check if the oil drain valve is closed. If it is closed, the oil should be shut down if there is leakage of the gasket.

First, type coding;
1. The general ball bearing code is: 6
2, automotive air conditioning electromagnetic clutch bearing code is: BD class
3, the wheel bearing code is: DAC class
4, the outer spherical bearing code is; U class
Second, the basic code encoding method:
The general basic code is used to indicate the inner diameter, diameter series, width series and type of the bearing model, up to five digits, as follows:
1. The inner diameter of the bearing is indicated by the first code and the H digit of the basic code from the right.
For a common inner diameter d = 20 ~ 480mm bearing inner diameter is generally a multiple of 5, these two digits represent the quotient of the bearing inner diameter size divided by 5, such as 04 for d = 20mm; 12 for d = 60mm and so on. For bearings with inner diameters of 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, and 17 mm, the inner diameter codes are 00, 01, 02, and 03 in order. For bearings with an inner diameter of less than 10 mm and greater than 500 mm, the inner diameter representation method is otherwise specified, see GB/T272-93.
2. The diameter series of the bearing is represented by the third digit from the right of the basic code.
For example, for a radial bearing and a radial thrust bearing, 0, 1 denotes an extra-light series; 2 denotes a light series; 3 denotes a middle series; 4 denotes a heavy series. The thrust bearing is identical to the indication of the radial bearing except that the 1 indicates the extra-light series.
3. The width series of the bearing is represented by the fourth digit from the right of the basic code.
When the comparison of the width and diameter series is 0 series, the width series code O may not be marked in the code for most bearings, but for spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, the width series code 0 shall be marked. The diameter series code and width series code are collectively referred to as the size series code.
